Make Something: Tangram

Today’s instruction: work with only the classic tangram shapes.

My kids play with tangrams at home and at school, to mathematical and creative ends. Growing up, I had a puzzle that was tangram-like, but I believe it had only five shapes, not the traditional seven.

Wanting to incorporate my theme of “words” into this creation, I searched for a quote about puzzles. How delightful to find a gem from Erno Rubik, inventor of the Rubik’s Cube!
