I’m going halfway on today’s make something project.
Today, like most days, I didn’t even start on the making until after 8:30 p.m. It’s just easier to focus after the girls are in bed. (If I didn’t need to work for a living, my ideal creative time would probably be mid-morning. But I am a decade or two away from that luxury.)
Officially, today’s instruction was to make something on a T-shirt and wear it for the rest of the day. Well, if I did that now, I’d have to put it on and take it right back off … or sleep in it.
And that’s just not going to happen.
Instead, I went to CustomInk.com and designed a shirt. I didn’t order any. Yet. Maybe someday I’ll host a writers’ retreat and pass these out to the participants. For now, I’ll just keep it in the virtual drawer.
