When I discovered that this was today’s make something prompt, I wanted a word I didn’t know. I searched not the dictionary, but the internet, for “unusual words,” which brought me to BrownieLocks.com—a site that includes a list of “bizarre, odd, outdated, and weird words.”

Among them: KNABBLE.

An online dictionary confirmed that knabble means to nibble or take small bites. This term was a new one on me, and something I could sink my teeth into (pun and poor sentence construction intended).
