Make Something: Chopsticks

I sometimes wonder how my eating habits, my health, and my physical form would be different if I had only chopsticks to use as eating utensils.


Of course I fantasize that this “restriction” would result in my being slimmer, healthier, and somehow more content.

But I have to be honest. The most fattening things I ingest are not borne by a spoon or fork. Most of them make their way to my mouth via my fingers or a glass. How about you? Think about it.

Still, I like the dream of a life-changing Chopsticks Diet. Don’t you?
